Express Care of Ocala has provided urgent care and primary care service in Ocala, Fl. since 1990. We treat all but the most serious medical emergencies, for adults as well as pediatric urgent care. This includes acute medical conditions as well as minimal and serious injuries, for adults, children and the elderly.

Patients may walk-in for both urgent care and primary care needs. We’re open 7am -7pm, Monday-Friday, and from 8am – 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Most insurance providers are accepted.

We’re taking extensive sanitization precautions to keep patients safe.

Our patients’ health has always been our top priority. Afterall, that’s why we exist — to help you feel better as quickly as possible. During these unprecedented times, that hasn’t changed. While we have always made sanitization, sterilization and cleaning a priority, we have increased those efforts.

We have also taken steps within our waiting room and patient rooms to promote social distancing.

Unfortunately, while COVID-19 has interrupted our regular routines and daily lives, it has not stopped other ailments like, sinus infections, UTIs, upset stomachs and injuries. We understand that COVID-19 concerns may make you hesitant to venture from your home. For that reason, and to promote social distancing efforts, we have implemented Telehealth visits.

How Do Telehealth Visits work?

A Telehealth visit is a consultation by phone, your computer or other electronic device. You’ll be speaking directly to someone at Express Care of Ocala.

Just like with regular visits, we accept most insurance for telehealth visits as well.
During your telehealth visit, you’ll speak with one of our Nurse Practitioners, and depending on your symptoms, we will prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.

Weekend Care

 

Why should you or your child have to suffer because your doctor doesn’t have weekend hours? Or spend all day in a hospital emergency room for a non-life threatening injury or illness? Don’t suffer through your pain or illness over the weekend. Patients may walk in at Express Care of Ocala anytime 8am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are a full service medical clinic that treats your urgent care needs for adults, children and the elderly with everything from stomach pains and sore throats, to broken bones and lacerations. Our facility has a fully equipped lab, where we can take and test blood samples. We also have state of the art x-ray machines and can conduct & CT scans, on-site.
